    【摘要】目的：总结本科室开展优质护理服务的体会。方法：采用包括组织对“优质护理服务示范工程”标准的学习、培训、实施。结果：患者及家属的满意由原来的95%显著高至100%P<0.05(u=2.265)。结论：认为优质护理可以提高护理人员的服务意识，提高护理服务质量，使病人满意度提高，减少护理纠纷、投诉。
